We are proud to announce that “Da spazio nasce spazio” is now available!
The book’s title is inspired by “Da cosa nasce cosa” wrote by Bruno Munari, whose “Da spazio nasce spazio” recovers the narrative light, disenchanted, far from historical book. It is like a guide, twenty six essays to accompany the project from initial and critical moments in later ones, no less complicated, but when you feel sometimes so “arrogant” to lose the compass. The intent is to conduct the research and planning activities to unexplored territory way, border areas, intersections, to be faced with the same willingness to swim against like some protagonists of the experiences that are mentioned.
They are the main important part of the text, using an unusual way of reading, trying to relate design, architecture, art and music. Through this kind of performance the different chapters seek (as Andrea Branzi writes in the introduction) to “demonstrate that interior design is an activity that has autonomous cultural foundations and that arises out of it or even existing unit objective logic of urban quality architectural and interior design.” The book cover has a drawing made by Ugo La Pietra and also includes the contributions wrote by Andrea Branzi “Verso uno spazio integrato” ; “Arti e spazio. Interni dell’arti: ladri di vite” by Angela Rui and “Colore interno, esterno, immaginario” by Manlio Brusatin.
